“Cathy Lesser Mansfield is a Professor of Law at Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. She teaches a variety of Consumer Law courses and is Chair of the Board of Directors of Americans for Fairness in Lending. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and has worked as a consultant for the National Consumer Law Center.
Professor Mansfield is also a composer, librettist and Holocaust scholar. She was a Silberman Fellow at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum during June, 2007 and is the creator of The Sparks Fly Upward. Lesser Mansfield makes frequent educational presentations, most recently at Yad Vashem, the Israeli Holocaust Memorial Museum at the 6th International Conference on the Holocaust and Education.
